Choosing the right inspector is an important decision. Tim’s goal is a thorough, thoughtful evaluation with your best interests in mind — and a report you can actually use.

Drone, infrared, and island experience
As an FAA Part 107 commercial drone pilot, Tim can assess difficult roof systems and exteriors. Infrared thermography and moisture meters support mold and water-intrusion investigations when needed.

Clear findings by the next evening
You’ll get your inspection report no later than 9:00 pm the next day — or same day if required — with color photographs of the issues uncovered. Clients often sit with Tim after the inspection to walk through photos and questions.
